With the flood of ’97 came a flood of work. DC growth exploded to a President, 3 project managers, 7 project supervisors, an accountant, an office assistant, a concrete division, 50 carpenters and laborers. During this time, DC built and remodeled homes, commercial remodeling, new agricultural buildings including a riding arena and a 5000 Sow – farrow to wean hog facility, new apartment buildings, apartment remodeling, institutional build and remodel work, and commercial building tenant fit-up in 7 states.
By 2001 Bill refocused on what DC did best, and found the perfect size and the best people. 2001 to 2008 DC focused 100% on light commercial buildings and commercial remodeling. Bill Brodeur did all project management and Gini Aananson ran the office and assisted Bill. Since 2001 DC has become the premier light commercial and commercial remodeler in the Fargo and Grand Forks areas.
Today DC operates under a clear set of business principles and processes having seen continued and steady growth. DC has put systems in place to operate all areas of its business. Our team follows a strict set of project management processes that produces efficient and successful results. At the beginning of 2016 we moved into our current location that has enough space to expand for future growth.
